Returns & Exchanges
- Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- Mystery Scoop items are random and cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Items We Cannot Accept if damaged
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if approved by Scoop the Moo.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee, within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at liz@scoopthemoo.com.
