We want you to have the best experience with Scoop the Moo! Please review our policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • Mystery Scoop items are random and cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Items We Cannot Accept if damaged

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if approved by Scoop the Moo.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee, within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at liz@scoopthemoo.com.
