All Mystery Scoop items are random. A "scoop" is taken from a bowl of beads. Each "scoop" contains between 15-20+ items. You will be guaranteed at least 15 items with each scoop you purchase unless you have requested special preferences where different items or combination of items may substitute for another.

Nope - that's the fun part! Each scoop is completely random and packed with love.

To ensure that you receive exactly what was scooped, you may add a TikTok video of your scoop. I will record your scoop and the filling of your box with the items. TikTok videos will be posted when the order is fulfilled.

I do substitute items at times for various reasons. In most cases, substitute items are done to increase the overall experience of your scoop. I may replace items with one of similar or greater value. You will not be downgraded on any item in the scoop.

Since all orders are mystery-based and packed at random, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is fulfilled. Every scoop sale is final.

During your checkout you can leave us a note for any special requests that you have. Requests may not be for substitute items or to pick items as mystery scoops are random. If you do have special requests such as color preferences or allergies, we will try our hardest to accommodate you based on our inventory options available to us.

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 15-20 business days. We will try our hardest to have your order completed before that. Once your order is shipped, we will send you information with the tracking number for your package.
