General
All Mystery Scoop items are random. A "scoop" is taken from a bowl of beads. Each "scoop" contains between 15-20+ items. You will be guaranteed at least 15 items with each scoop you purchase unless you have requested special preferences where different items or combination of items may substitute for another.
Nope - that's the fun part! Each scoop is completely random and packed with love.
To ensure that you receive exactly what was scooped, every Moo'Ga Scoop comes with a TikTok video included!
Yes, I will sometimes substitute items in order to give you an opportunity to get more types of items. We take pride in trying to make your scoops valuable to you. Please note that in some cases you may receive lower than 15 items per scoop as we do substitute multiple lower value items for higher value items.
Since all orders are mystery-based and packed at random, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is fulfilled. Every scoop sale is final.
We offer more flexibility in requests with our standard Mystery Scoops (1, 2, and 3). For Moo'Ga scoops you are limited to preferences around colors and health related concerns. Items in Moo'Ga scoops may not be excluded due to the size of the scoops. We will do our best to accommodate color preferences but we cannot guarantee that due to stock limitations on different items.
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 15-20 business days (3 weeks). We will try our hardest to have your order completed before that. Once your order is shipped, we will send you information with the tracking number for your package. Please note that this is a target date only. Increases or high volumes of orders may extend this time period.
